How do I care for my Hazorfim's sterling silver?
Sterling silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. For routine Cleaning to maintain shine gently polish silver products every two weeks, using a soft dry cloth. This polishing prevents tarnishing and maintains a clean, shiny appearance.

How can I returns or exchange my purchase?
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in Israel only. The item must be returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center, or you may take your return to any of our Hazorfim stores in Israel. Item will be returned to Hazorfim costumer service via registered & insured mail to the following address:

Items can also be returned, by hand delivery to one of Hazorfim chain store.
All taxes, postal fee, ect`’ in relation with the return of the item, will be paid by the customer. After the item has been checked, a price estimate will be sent.
